It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered,Ā Bumblebeez Kidz Boutique will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with our products and we welcome you to contact us at ainnes22@hotmail.com should you wish to communicate regarding an exchange or refund of a faulty product or sizing problem. Claims must be made withinĀ 30Ā days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post withinĀ 60 days.

Return your item to us within 30 days of purchase
We want you to be over the moon with your items. If you are unsatisfied with an item, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit. We are absolutely delighted to be able to offer exchanges on all items too!

Purchase a full-price garment and get a FREE replacement if the size is not right. If you need to exchange any full-priced purchase for a different size, all you need to pay is the postage back to us and we'll send out your replacement with no extra postage charge.
Change of Mind/Size Returns
- Can be returned within 30 days of purchase
- Shipping Fees for returning items to us are the responsibility of the purchaser
- Exchanges available on all full priced items only, and only if the size/colour has not sold out
- Sale items are eligible for a refund or store credit
- Replacement items are sent only after original item is received
Faulty, Damaged or Wrong item Received Returns
It is a rare occurrence that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, but if this happens, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at ainnes@bumblebeezkidzboutiqu.com.au. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and should we deem a garment faulty, return postage is paid by us.
Items must be returned with the original sale tags attached, without being worn and within 30 days.
