Free shipping on all orders  $100+

Express shipping    $15

All orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days and delivery times generally take 3-10 Days within Australia.

Overseas Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, if your country isn’t listed please ask us for a quote.

Import Duties & Taxes

Customs Duties and Import Duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with the carrier in your country to see if there will be extra costs on arrival. All additional fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations in your country before purchasing.

SHIPPING POLICIES
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, Bumblebeez Kidz Boutique is not obligated to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Should a parcel be returned to us undelivered, Bumblebeez Kidz Boutique will inform you of this and process a refund, deducting the shipping costs. LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with our products and we welcome you to contact us at ainnes22@hotmail.com should you wish to communicate regarding an exchange or refund of a faulty product or sizing problem. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post within 60 days.

Our returns policy does not apply to products that have been worn, used or damaged during or after delivery. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
