At Bumblebeez Kidz Boutique, every order is packed with love and care. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days so your goodies reach you as soon as possible.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and customs processing.
💼 Taxes & Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country. These costs are not included in your order total.
If you refuse a shipment due to these charges, the package will be returned to us. You’ll be refunded for your order minus any return shipping costs we incur.
By law, we must declare the value of all orders on customs forms. We cannot mark parcels as “gifts.”

❗ Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us right away at ainnes@bumblebeezkidzboutique.com.au with your order number.
We’ll raise an investigation with our postal service. Please allow up to 2 weeks for this process to be completed.
