LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you feel your order has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order number so that we can assist you. We will need to raise a full investigation with our couriers, this could take up to 2 weeks to process.
REFUND & RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be 100% happy with our products and we welcome you to contact us at ainnes22@hotmail.com should you wish to communicate regarding an exchange or refund of a faulty product or sizing problem. Claims must be made within 30 days of receiving your item, and all items must be returned to us by post within 60 days.

Purchase a full-price garment and get a FREE replacement if the size is not right. If you need to exchange any full-priced purchase for a different size, all you need to pay is the postage back to us and we'll send out your replacement with no extra postage charge.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong item Received Returns
It is a rare occurrence that you should receive a faulty or damaged item, but if this happens, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at ainnes@bumblebeezkidzboutiqu.com.au. All issues are dealt with on a case by case basis, and should we deem a garment faulty, return postage is paid by us.
Items must be returned with the original sale tags attached, without being worn and within 30 days.
